Ezra Uzi Yemin (President and Chief Executive Officer, Delek US Holdings)
Ezra Uzi Yemin has served as our chief executive officer since June 2004 and as our president and a director since April 2001. Mr. Yemin’s duties include the formulation of our policies and direction, oversight of top executives, and overall responsibility for our operation and performance. Prior to joining us, Mr. Yemin served from 2000 to 2001 as the chief financial officer of Delek – The Israel Fuel Corporation, Ltd., a fuel corporation in Israel and one of our affiliated entities. Additionally, he spent two years with CLAL Insurance Company Ltd., an insurance company in Israel and two years in the Insurance Commissioner’s Office of the Israel Ministry of Finance.
Mark Cox (Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delek US Holdings)
Mark Cox has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Delek US Holdings since September 2009. Mr. Cox has nearly three decades of energy industry experience as a financial officer. Previously, he served as the senior vice president, Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations for Western Refining (NYSE: WNR). Prior to that, he served as a senior financial officer at Giant Industries, Inc., a refining company acquired by Western Refining in 2007. Mr. Cox joined Giant in 1994 and thereafter served in various positions including Vice President, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary.
Frederec Green (President and Chief Operating Officer, Delek Refining; Executive Vice President, Delek US Holdings)
Frederec Green is the primary operational officer for our refining and wholesale marketing operations. He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Delek Refining since 2006 and Executive Vice President of Delek US Holdings since May 2009. Prior to joining us, from January 2004 to January 2005, Mr. Green operated Green Energy Advisors LLC, an independent consulting practice servicing commercial insurance carriers on petroleum refining and electrical matters. Mr. Green has 18 years experience in the refining industry working for UOP LLC, a refinery technology licensing firm, from 1987 to 1990 and Murphy Oil USA, Inc., from 1990 to 2004, where he served as a senior vice president during his last six years. Mr. Green has experience ranging from crude oil and feedstock supply, through all aspects of managing a refining business to product trading, transportation and sales.
Igal Zamir (President, MAPCO Express)
Igal Zamir, president of MAPCO Express, joined the company in June 2009. From 2006 until early 2009, Mr. Zamir served as Chief Executive Officer of Metrolight, Ltd., a privately held Israeli corporation and global provider of proprietary energy saving solutions in High Intensity Discharge lighting systems. From 2004 until 2006, Mr. Zamir worked as an independent venture partner in Israel. From 1998 until 2004, Mr. Zamir served as Chief Executive Officer of Rostam Ltd., a privately held Israeli corporation and global provider of private label feminine hygiene products.
Pete Daily (Chief Operating Officer, Delek Marketing & Supply)
Pete Daily has served as the chief operating officer and a vice president of Delek Marketing & Supply since September 2006. Since January 2007, Mr. Daily has also served as the vice president of wholesale marketing for Delek Refining and the vice president of fuel supply for MAPCO Express. Mr. Daily’s duties include supervising the purchase and supply of fuels for our convenience stores, marketing the refined products from the Tyler refinery, and marketing our supply of refined products in west Texas. Mr. Daily has over 30 years of experience in marketing and supply of refined products. Mr. Daily served as the vice president of supply of MAPCO Express, Inc. from October 2001 until November 2004. Prior to rejoining us in September 2006, Mr. Daily worked for Truman Arnold Companies as vice president of wholesale marketing from November 2004 to September 2006, where his responsibilities included managing a wholesale marketing division with sales of petroleum products in 48 states.
Assi Ginzburg (Executive Vice President, Delek US Holdings)
Assi Ginzburg in an executive vice president and general advisor Delek US Holdings. Previously, he served as a vice president at Delek US between February 2005 and May 2009. Prior to joining us in November 2004, Mr. Ginzburg served as a financial advisor from July 2001 to March 2003 for Swary-Yohman Financial Consultants. In addition, from April 1999 to July 2001, he worked for Itzhak Swary Ltd., two consulting firms in Israel. Mr. Ginzburg has been a member of the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2001 and served as trustee of court for a large Israeli public company in 2003 and 2004.
Lynwood Gregory (Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, MAPCO Express; Senior Vice President, Delek US Holdings)
Lynwood Gregory is the chief operating officer for MAPCO Express, our retail fuel and convenience store operations. He has served as our senior vice president since November 2003 and has served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of MAPCO Express since November 2002. From April 2001 to November 2002, Mr. Gregory served as a vice president of operations of MAPCO Express. Mr. Gregory began his employment with MAPCO Petroleum, Inc. in 1990 and served as vice president of operations and vice-president of marketing for Williams Express, Inc. prior to our acquisition of the company. Mr. Gregory is a veteran of the retail fuel and convenience store industry. His responsibilities over the course of his career have included all segments of operations, marketing and food service. Mr. Gregory’s leadership and foresight helped create our new convenience store concept, which brands a food concept and enhanced merchandising with the fuel aspect of the business. Prior to joining MAPCO Petroleum, Inc., Mr. Gregory spent six years with Georgia Southern Oil, two years with Starvin Marvin/ Globe Oil, and eight years with Crown Central Petroleum, all in upper management/executive positions, developing their presence in the Southeast.
Joane Walker (Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Delek US Holdings)
Joane Walker is our chief accounting officer and has served as vice president of Delek US since May 2006. Ms. Walker has also served as a member of management of our subsidiaries with primary day-to-day responsibility for all accounting and reporting matters. Prior to joining us in May 2006, Ms. Walker was the Director of Financial Reporting & Policies for Sprint Corporation, a telecommunications company, from February 2001 through 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Walker’s industry experience includes five years at Koch Industries as the Controller of Reporting, in addition to several years with both NYSE registered companies and NASDAQ listed companies. Ms. Walker started her career in public accounting where she worked for Ernst & Young, LLP and then KPMG, LLP. Ms. Walker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives International organization.
Michael Norman (Vice President of Regulatory & Environmental Affairs, Delek Refining)
Michael Norman has served as the vice president of environmental and regulatory affairs for Delek Refining since April 2006 and Delek Marketing & Supply since July 2006. Prior to joining us, Mr. Norman provided environmental management consulting services to businesses in the downstream oil sector for over 20 years. From 2003 to April 2006, he served as a senior program manager with ARCADIS G&M, Inc., an environmental and infrastructure consulting and engineering firm. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Norman was a vice president with CH2M Hill, Inc., a worldwide consulting and engineering company.
J. Charles Williams (Vice President of Trading & Supply, Delek Refining)
Charles Williams joined Delek Refining in November 2006 as Vice President of Trading and Supply with over 20 years experience in Global Trading and Supply. Prior to joining Delek Refining, Mr. Williams served in various capacities in North America, Europe and the Middle East of increasing responsibility with ExxonMobil or its affiliates or predecessors from 1986 through 2000. After 2000, Mr. Williams was employed by Tosco Refining and Plains All American in various managerial capacities in trading, refining and pipeline operations.
Kent Thomas (General Counsel and Secretary, Delek US Holdings)
Kent Thomas has served as our general counsel and secretary since August 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Thomas spent ten years in private practice in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on litigating employment, commercial and copyright disputes and providing transactional representation in the banking, transportation, entertainment, restaurant and alcoholic beverage retail industries.
Paul Melgaard (Vice President of Fuel Supply, MAPCO Express)
Paul Melgaard joined MAPCO Express in October, 2007 as Director – Fuel Supply and was appointed Vice President in April, 2008. Mr. Melgaard’s responsibilities include all aspects of fuel procurement, retail pricing and transportation for MAPCO Express and its dealer affiliates. Prior to joining MAPCO, Mr. Melgaard served as National Fuel Director for Circle K Stores, Inc., Vice President – Sales and Business Development for Fuel Managers, Inc., Director of Fuel for The Pantry, Inc. and held multiple positions with Clark Refining & Marketing, Inc.
Greg Intemann (Vice President and Treasurer, Delek US Holdings)
Greg Intemann joined Delek US as its Treasurer and Vice President in September 2008. Mr. Intemann has over 11 years of Treasury experience. Prior to joining us, Mr. Intemann spent over 10 years in the corporate Treasury department of Levi Strauss & Co., a multinational apparel retailer and marketer. His Treasury responsibilities have included extensive bank debt and bond market transactions, domestic and international subsidiary capital transactions, and employee benefit plans asset investment management. Prior to his Treasury roles, Mr. Intemann worked for 10 years in the Aerospace industry with McDonnell Douglas Corporation in various engineering and management capacities. Mr. Intemann obtained his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Engineering from the University of Florida.
Andrew L. Schwarcz (Vice President, Delek US Holdings)
Andy Schwarcz joined Delek in October 2007 and is our principal transactional and strategic attorney. His primary focus is on advising with respect to the Company’s capital structure and credit facilities and in representing the Company and its subsidiaries in all transactions. Prior to joining Delek, Mr. Schwarcz was the General Counsel for a NADSAQ traded Nashville health care company for three years and the primary transactional counsel for a NYSE traded Nashville restaurant holding company for six years. Mr. Schwarcz has also practiced corporate and securities law with two major law firms in Nashville and New Orleans. He is a 1993 graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and a 1990 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Finance.
Bill Reilly (Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, MAPCO Express)
Bill Reilly is the Chief Marketing Officer for MAPCO Express. Reilly spent 10 years of his career with Sheetz, Inc. in Pennsylvania where he served as VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Reilly served in the hospitality arena where he spent 6 years with Disney and 4 years with Marriott in a variety of Food and Beverage roles. Most recently, Reilly served as owner of F & B Marketing Solutions, a consulting firm.
Tony Miller (Vice President of Sales and Merchandising, MAPCO Express)
Tony Miller is the Vice President of Sales and Merchandising for MAPCO Express. Miller comes to MAPCO from Thorntons Inc., in Louisville where, over a 9 year period, he held numerous executive-level positions, including his most recent role as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Miller held key sales and marketing assignments with the Coca-Cola Company in Louisville.
