Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer - Joane Walker
Joane Walker is our chief accounting officer and has served as vice president since May 2006. Ms. Walker has also served as a member of management of our subsidiaries with responsibility for all accounting and reporting matters. Prior to joining us in May 2006, Ms. Walker was the Director of Financial Reporting & Policies for Sprint Corporation, a telecommunications company, from February 2001 through 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Walker’s industry experience includes spending five years at Koch.Industries as the Controller of Reporting and time with both NYSE registered companies and NASDAC companies. Ms. Walker started her career in public accounting where she worked for Ernst & Young, LLP and then KPMG, LLP. Ms. Walker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives International organization.
