Kathy Roadarmel is Vice President of Human Resources and joined our company in September 2007. Kathy has over 21 years experience in human resources management, including serving as Human Resources Manager for Clopay Plastic Products, a manufacturing and technology company, and Vice President of Human Resources for Opryland Hotel/Gaylord Entertainment, a hospitality and entertainment company. Kathy is responsible for all Human Resource functions, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, training, and employment law. |
