Denise C. McWatters is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of HollyFrontier Corporation (NYSE: HFC) and Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: HEP). HollyFrontier Corporation, a Fortune 300 Company, is an independent energy company engaged in crude oil refining and wholesale marketing of refined petroleum products. Holly Energy Partners, L.P. is a Master Limited Partnership which owns and operates petroleum product and crude oil pipelines and terminal, tankage and loading rack facilities.

Ms. McWatters joined HFC and HEP in October 2007 as Deputy General Counsel. In May 2008, she was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of HFC and HEP and assumed oversight for all legal matters for both companies and their subsidiaries. On January 1, 2013, she was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of HFC and HEP.
